I’m so disappointed and will never give them my money. Stopped in cause I was having upper back spasms and needed relief. The young lady told me to come back in an hour and a hall. I came in 85 minutes later and she took me to a room. I had already mentioned that I needed an hour or 90 minute session. As I was taking my bra off, she proceeded to tell me that all she could do was 30 minutes. We had a bit of a back and forth and as I grew frustrated I said forget it. Grabbed my things, bra hall on hall off and then she had the audacity to tell me she could go ahead and provide an hour session. I wanted to scream but truly left crying, in pain and not knowing what to do next. 😭

Do not waste your time. Staff all Chinese or of Asian descent, none speak a word of English. Not a single word. I paid for a one hour massage, receive about 35 minutes of massage. Not licensed therapists. Waste of time and money, and any form of communication is completely impossible. They also smoke inside the building, reeks of cigarettes.

This place is garbage. I ordered a sauna 2mo ago with a $500 assembly. I finally got it and now can't get anyone on the phone or email to come put it together for well over a week. You can tell they screen calls and make no effort to rectify poor customer service. With the amount of companies making suanas choose anyone BUT calm spas. Quick to take your payment and then you don't hear from them again. It's actually kind of sad.

I had a positive experience here yesterday when I received a good, no frills, Chinese ti nua massage. There were no issues with tipping or feeling pressured as previous reviewers have said. My massage therapist was friendly and professional, and used strong pressure. I left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. I am leaving four stars because there was a faint smell of cigarettes in the entryway and a strong smoke smell in the bathroom. This was unpleasant but would not deter me from going back.

Beware!!!!Went for a 60 minute massage. The lady who was working spoke no English, shoved her phone in my face to translate what I wanted. She kept trying to get me to do a 30 minute massage instead and said I had to pay upfront. I have never had to pay upfront and got really sketchy vibes. I RAN out of there! Do not go here!
